Shipping policy

Ready made items like coins, pendants and patches are shipped within a few work days. Handmade items, like bracelets, lanyards, monkeyfists and hanks are not kept in stock, but made once an order is placed. Usually, an order can be processed, the item manufactured and shipped within a two week window, but if the order intake is large it can delay more. In these cases we try to reach out by the email you provided when placing the order to inform you. It is important that you have marked emails from KrugerEDC as trusted emails to avoid them ending up in promotions or spam.

Orders are shipped by traceable post. We use the national postal services, so you will be able to trace your parcel on the origin postal website (Postnord.se) or your country's postal service website once the parcel enters your country.

Low value items, like patches or stickers are send non-traceable as default. You can chose the traceable option at a higher rate when placing the order.
