It’s hard these days to get a person to understand a situation from all perspectives. To make your point sometimes needs a point to let’s say “punctuate” what you are attempting to say without causing you severe disruption. Everybody has an opinion and an attitude to back it up and often cannot be persuaded to reconsider their motivational preference and subsequent behaviour. It’s important to be able to express sometimes that you are not to be deterred from protection your own position and sometimes that takes kinetic persuasion.
